How the group is organised, funded, and governed.
Administrative Structure
The group operates under a flat collaborative model with a PI as scientific director. Decisions on major research directions are made collectively in monthly strategy meetings. An administrative coordinator handles day-to-day operations.
Funding Management
Research funding is managed transparently in accordance with institutional guidelines. All grants are listed in annual reports available upon request. We actively seek public funding (national research councils, EU Horizon) and private partnerships with clear IP policies.
Ethical Approval Processes
All human subjects research is conducted under approval from the relevant institutional ethics committee. Protocols are pre-registered on the Open Science Framework (OSF) where applicable. Participant data is stored according to GDPR/KVKK and institutional data governance policies.
Data Governance
Research data is classified, stored, and shared in line with the FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable). Raw EEG data is deposited on OpenNeuro; processed datasets and analysis code on Zenodo and GitHub under open licenses.
